Did you know that from the age of 45, the likelihood of needing a medical certificate of fitness to dive increases? Why is that? With increasing age, the risk of health problems such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes increases—all factors that can be dangerous when diving. From the age of 45, the medical self-assessment form checks even more thoroughly whether you are fit to dive. So take a close look at our medical self-assessment form. If you are over 45, you must answer YES in field 2. As soon as YES appears on the first page, you must answer NO to everything on page 2. > If this is not the case, we require a diving fitness certificate. Enjoy a safe dive with Red Sea Horse.
